  • AEpson's silicon foundry services are generAlly intended for projects that will proceed to mass production. However, prototype development is available through our shuttle service. Please contact us for details.

  • ADepending on the project requirements, MEMS process support may be available. Please contact us for details.

  • AOur monthly production capacity is approximately 24,000 wafers for the 6-inch line and 25,000 wafers for the 8-inch line.
