Ideal Digital Arts Center

Introduction of the Case
Ideal Barcelona is a digital arts center that they define as a halfway point between the future of museums and the future of cinemas. Jordi Sellas, Director of the Ideal Digital Arts Center says, "The whole world will become one big screen. So, we're looking at large-scale projections that make the viewer feel a part of them. It was clear from the start that the ideal solution was to equip the space with Epson projectors, for their quality, performance and reliability."
Decision Factor
Epson projectors were chosen to bring a spectacular immersive experience to visitors. Image quality and performance were required in order to reproduce the garden of Monet in a large-scale 360 degree projection where the viewer feels as if a part of impressionist art. In addition, using "screen matching" via internal camera, color inconsistencies across multiple networked projectors is corrected for stunning edge-blended high impact screen displays.
Installation
Ideal Barcelona installed 29 units of high-brightness laser projectors in order to create an immersive 360 degree experience.
