Introduction of the Case

The Dublin Royal Convention Centre has undergone a cutting-edge AV transformation, enhancing its presentation and event capabilities with a suite of high-performance Epson laser projectors. The upgrade includes four EB-PU2216B 16,000-lumen 3LCD projectors paired with two ELPLW06 wide-zoom lenses and two ELPLW08 wide-throw lenses—delivering exceptional brightness, clarity, and flexibility for large-scale events. Complementing this setup are four EB-L630U 6,200-lumen 3LCD laser projectors.
This installation was expertly delivered by HAS Integration, a trusted Epson partner.

Decision Factor

The Dublin Royal Convention Centre aimed to create a best-in-class venue in the heart of Dublin, equipped with technology that would attract international audiences.
They sought to deliver a premium smart technology system that would provide an unrivaled visitor experience.

Installation

The venue spans 2,000m² of event and meeting room space. In the main convention area, four EB-PU2216B projectors have been installed on the ceiling with short-throw lenses, producing large displays on motorized screens from a short distance. This is part of a fully integrated AV solution that delivers plug-and-play functionality and full flexibility for how the room can be configured. Elsewhere in the venue, four EB-L630U projectors are used to enhance additional meeting spaces.
