  • Q1Is it possible to use the DAC power supply at 2.7 V or lower voltages?
  • AA. The DAC power supply voltage is 3.0V ±0.3V.
    Voltages of 2.7V or less lie outside the range of specifications. We cannot guarantee normal operation at such voltages.
  • Q2Is it possible to input an image of 640 × 480 or larger?
  • AYes. The maximum input image size supported is 3,072 × 4,092.
  • Q3Please describe how to switch to sleep or standby mode.
  • AThere are two methods for switching to sleep or standby modes.
    1. Setting PWRSVE pin to H
      Setting the PWRSVE pin to H makes switching to sleep or standby mode. Use REG[2Eh]bit7 to select sleep or standby mode.
    2. Setting bit[1:0] REG[2Eh] to H
      Setting bit[1:0] of REG[2Eh] to H makes switching to sleep or standby mode regardless of the state of the PWRSVE pin.
  • Q4Do any precautions apply for using the overlay?
  • AThe overlay function overwrites the overlay data in the background data area in the display buffer.
    When changing the displayed overlay area, rewrite the background image, then write the overlay data.
