Epson Selected as a Constituent of the FTSE4Good Index Series for the 1314*th Consecutive Year

- TOKYO, Japan, June 6, 2017 -

Seiko Epson Corporation (TSE: 6724, "Epson") announces that it was on June 2 selected by FTSE Russell, a part of the London Stock Exchange Group, as a constituent of one of the Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) indexes in the FTSE4Good Series for the 1314*th consecutive year.

The FTSE4Good Index Series measures the performance of companies demonstrating strong environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices. FTSE4Good indexes are used by a wide variety of stock market participants as an SRI index to create and assess responsible investment funds and other products.
