Epson Revises Management Philosophy

Seiko Epson Corporation (TSE: 6724, "Epson") will revise the Epson Group Management Philosophy, effective April 1.
Epson is driving inkjet innovation, visual innovation, wearables innovation, and robotics innovation in line with its Epson 25 Corporate Vision. Epson updated the Management Philosophy to articulate for stakeholders the Epson Group's goals and mission, as set forth in the Epson 25 Corporate Vision.
The new Management Philosophy
Using the new Management Philosophy as a guide, Epson employees will seek to contribute to a better society by holding higher than ever aspirations and providing new value to customers. Going forward, Epson aims to achieve sustained growth and increase its long-term corporate value to become an indispensable company.
