Modules available in a wide range of stroke lengths and combinations

  • EZ modules come in a wide range of module stroke lengths. Five different modules (RH, RM, RS, RSz, and RU) are available.
  • A wide range of module combinations is also available, including single-axis modules, multi-axis manipulators, two-axis moving table manipulators, two-axis XY manipulators, and two-axis YZ manipulators.

A wide range of module stroke lengths and module combinations

  • When an additional module is installed (e.g., a two-axis manipulator is combined with a two-axis manipulator, or a single-axis module is combined with a three-axis manipulator), the RC series robot controller can control two or more manipulators, unifying management of their point data.
  • The RC620 controller can control up to 12 single-axis modules as separate manipulators.

Handle large payloads

  • Maximum payloads range from 10 kg (four-axis) up to 80 kg (single-axis).
    The capacity to handle high payloads has been improved by increasing the allowable moment of inertia for Axis 4.
  • Advanced load control capability provides motion stability for larger payloads.
