Epson Announces Executive Personnel Changes

 

- TOKYO, Japan, April 30, 2013 -

Seiko Epson Corporation (TSE: 6724, "Epson") today announced that a meeting of its board of directors had provisionally approved the following executive personnel changes. The changes are subject to final approval at the company's annual general meeting, board meeting and auditors' meeting scheduled to be held on June 24, 2013.
The lineup of executive officers from June 24 has also been approved.

1. Retirement of representative director

(Currently executive vice president and general administrative manager, Business Infrastructure Development Division)
* Retirement due to expiry of term
